A career change forced me to evaluate by verbal communication skills. I found Preston Ni Communication Coaching through a Google search. Naturally, I had my reservations when I read the literature that most clients see improvement in their voice after 1 hour. My reservations soon disappeared. With a 1 minute phone message, Preston Ni had diagnosed the tone of my voice and pace of my speech, recommending exercises to improve voice projection and slowing down of my speech. Within 30 minutes of a 1 hour session, I had slowed down my speech considerably. Breathing and vocal exercises followed. I had audio recorded my voice at the beginning of the session, and 50 minutes into the session, I was blown away by the change in my voice and the pace of my speech.
